I have a degree in Psychology and am a trained psychotherapist recognised by the Ministry of Health in Luxembourg. I am specialised in Cognitive-Behavioural-Therapy (CBT).
Guided by empirical research, CBT uses interventions that have scientifically proven to reduce and cure psychological suffering. I will adapt the selection of the interventions individually to your needs and your current situation. Besides using the classical CBT interventions, I use many elements of modern CBT, also called “third wave”, that is mindfulness-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) andDialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
I work with adults and older adolescents (15+).
AboutAbout / BioI have been working in various psychotherapeutic fields since 2012. During this time, I have worked with adults, children, families and groups, as well as in out-patient and in in-patient settings. I have obtained my diploma with a specialisation in cognitive-behaviourial psychotherapy. To ensure you receive a high standard of care, I commit myself to stay at the current stage of research and to take part in supervision and further training.
