I am a Doctoral candidate working at the Institute for Health and Behaviour within the Department of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences of the University of Luxembourg.
I studied psychology at the University of Luxembourg and completed exchanges at the University of Québec-Chicoutimi (Canada) and the University of Bamberg (Germany). In 2020 I completed my Master of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on psychological intervention.
While completing my studies at the University of Luxembourg, I had started working with autistic children and collected training and experience in different therapeutic techniques which inspired me for my scientific research.
In September 2020, I started my Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Dr. Andreia Costa, in which I explore the relationships between social skills, emotional ability, multilingualism, academic performance, and parental well-being in autistic children in Luxembourg.Current project:
