To free oneself from a painful past through methods such as Gestalt Therapy or from trauma through EMDR is due to the extraordinary capacity of resilience that we have as human beings.
Trained in brief therapies such as therapeutic hypnosis and various relaxation methods, I continue to train myself in order to offer services better adapted to those I accompany in psychological consultations.
I am unique in that I only offer services online or at the patient's home.
Sometimes home care is more convenient if it is a family therapy or if hypnosis is proposed. Online services are less time consuming and stressful to provide.
I had the opportunity to accompany several people suffering from burnout and it was really a plus for them not to have to drive and travel.
My approach is distinguished by the fact that having a long experience as an employee in Luxembourg, I am very familiar with the problems related to professional life. This experience led me to specialize in stress management and personal development.
