Job advertisement (neuro)psychologist

The Dementia Prevention Programme (pdp) is an integrated care concept integrating lifestyle interventions based on best medical practice to prevent the burden of dementia in the Luxembourg population. The pdp identifies a target population with mild or subjective cognitive impairment and takes advantages of a personalized assessment of risk factors to define individual interventions to reduce the risk for dementia in order to prevent or at least delay disease progression.

We are currently looking for a (neuro)psychologist who will work together with Prof. Dr. Rejko Krüger (coordinator of the programme), an experienced neuropsychologist already involved in pdp since more than 2 years, a project manager and a secretary. The responsibilities will be the recruitment of referred candidates to the programme, the application of neuropsychological tests, the establishment of a risk factor profile and the proposition of a tailor-made set of different measures in order to prevent or at least delay dementia. The successful candidate will be in contact with all pdp participants and with allied healthcare professionals and programme partner organisations and institutions.

  • Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 24 Months
  • Full-time position (40h/w) with an employee status at the University of Luxembourg (50%) and at the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (50%)
